Unfortunately, the Great Dane was not considered Connecticut's favorite dog breed. According to an article on the website forbes.com, Forbes Advisor surveyed 10,000 dog owners to find out which breeds are the most favored in each state. The Bulldog ranked as the top dog in eight states, including Connecticut, Illinois, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, and West Virginia.
