Did You Know About the Adorable Craft Cocktail Bar in Southbury?

I feel like there aren't a bunch of cute cocktail bars on this side of the state. We have a few speakeasies in places like Branford and New Britain, but we don't really see that over here.

I recently found out about a really awesome cocktail bar in Southbury, so of course I have to share. The bar is called The Bevy Co and it's located right in the heart of Southbury at 22 Poverty Road. Their hours are from 3 - 9 PM during the week, 3 - 11 PM on Friday and Saturday and they are closed on Sundays.

The atmosphere alone is what got my attention. Their attention to detail on the entire place is perfect. I feel like they give a speakeasy kind of vibe but also a cute place to lounge and grab drinks with your friends.

Their menu is also extremely extensive which I found awesome. They have different appetizers and boards as well as sandwiches, entrees and amazing desserts. Like how are you going to say no to this if someone puts it in front of you?!

I feel like not enough people are talking about this place and they need to be. Take a look for yourself at this food and these drinks. I already told my friends we need to start having happy hours here after work. How could you not want to?

Who can we talk to to bring more places like this around Connecticut? It really is the perfect place for a cute night out. I need more people to start talking about this place with me because I feel like it really is a Southbury hidden gem.
