Dancing Danbury Man Brings Joy to the Streets

Recently I got a Facebook message from a friend of my mom and dad, named Linda. She wanted to make sure I saw this video that had been circulating throughout social media from the Hat City.

Linda wrote:

"Hi Lou, I hope your doing well Have you seen this guy around Danbury? I see him all the time and every time he puts a smile on my face- You definitely need to find him and do an interview. All the best, Linda."

She shared this video that was posted to Facebook by P.J. Harrington.

I thanked Linda and said I would get on it and she replied: "He really is a happy guy lol In todays world it’s good to see that."

Now I'm on a mission to find this dude but I can't do it without your help. I don't know where else to begin other than to crowd source this task to all of you.
