Danbury 9/11 Memorial Ceremony Set for Friday at Elmwood Park

According to a release from the City of Danbury, the city will gather this week to mark the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks with a memorial ceremony at Elmwood Park.

The ceremony will take place Friday, September 11, at 10 a.m. at the Danbury 9/11 Memorial, which was created as a permanent place for the community to remember the lives lost on that terrible day.

It's hard to believe we're already approaching 25 years since September 11, 2001.
