"Welcome to hell!" That is what one man said to me when I joined him in line the last time I was at the DMV. I walked into the Danbury DMV, I opened the door, took one step and my waiting in line began. This is when the man turned and said that to me and I'll never forget it.

There may be some relief on the horizon for all of us. According to the News Times, the CT Department of Motor Vehicles is adding new locations for license renewal and ID cards. They say the locations will be in Fairfield and New Haven counties.

The agency says these sub stations will begin to pop up in November and December. For a listing of the upcoming changes and plans you can go to www.ct.gov/dmv

In case you were wondering, it was hell that day. I hope these changes help, I need to renew my license by March.
