Connecticut Needs a Build-Your-Own Cannoli Shop

Every time I see new business ideas, I think, "wow, how did I not think of that?!" or "wow, that is genius!" And the business I am about to talk about is no different. I was scrolling through social media and came across a video that I was astounded by. It may not be exciting to you, but as someone who is 100% Italian and loves dessert, it got my attention rather quickly.

With the words "Italian" and "dessert", what comes to mind? Cannoli is the only right answer if you ask me. And while there are a lot of insanely good places to get a cannoli around Connecticut, this business blew me away. The business I'm referring to is The Cannoli Shop in Fairfield, New Jersey.

Why talk about a Jersey business? Because this is my petition to have one come to Connecticut, ASAP. The Cannoli shop is a build-your-own cannoli parlor that are all made to order. You're able to choose from 15 different toppings and 3 different drizzles. Not only that, you're able to order a cannoli flight if you want to.

The days of beer flights are over, bring on the cannoli flights. And if you think about it, the options are pretty endless. Here's the post that really got me.

Everything looks amazing. How do we get one here in Connecticut? This shop is in Fairfield, New Jersey. We can continue with the Fairfield train and put one right in Fairfield, Connecticut. What do we think about that? If anyone knows who to reach out to, let me know.

The only way to enjoy anything from the following places is traveling out of Connecticut, or ordering it on Amazon, and a burger isn't the same after jetting across country.
