Kathy has starred on NBC's Suddenly Susan and guest starred on multiple legendary TV series including SeinfeldLaw & Order: SVUGleeYou, and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Now she is coming to Connecticut with her first stand up tour in over six years.

The stand up tour is called standup tour My Life On The PTSD List, which will stop at The Belding Theater @ The Bushnell PAC in Hartford, CT on February 16th. In advance of her big Connecticut gig, Kathy joined us on the Wednesday (1/31/24) edition of the I95 Morning Show. While we had her on the show I could not miss my opportunity trade redhead stories with her.

Lou: I am a redhead, you are a redhead. Did you know that redheads are the last human beings on Earth that you can openly ridicule for the way they look to their face and in public?

Kathy: "Thank you for finally sticking up for gingers and let me tell you that friggin South Park episode didn't help because they are also ginger haters. We are special people, we are sensitive people, we stand out in a crowd, and who does your roots?"

Lou: I guess I'm all natural but it hardened me. I don't know about you but we just got picked on so much that I was like alright I'm going to be funny and I'm going to pick on everyone else before they can get me.

Kathy: "Hello, you just told my story, 100%. Being the redhead in a Catholic school was not fun. Those girls would jump me and the nuns would just watch. The nuns would be like doing there nails, oh this will be over in twenty minutes. I'm like hello Sister Mary please help me, hello! Yeah it made me hardened, embittered, soft-hearted, one and a half-lunged comedian I am today."
