Christian Siriano Announces Closure of His Westport Boutique
One of the fiercest designers in the world has just announced that he's made the decision to close down his beautiful boutique in Westport and set up shop once again in the big city.
My wife and I are huge fans of fashion designer Christian Siriano after watching him create gorgeous works of art for over a decade on Project Runway. Siriano is a resident of Connecticut, he's lived in Danbury, and now Westport. Siriano opened up The Collective West at 940 Post Road E in the Summer of 2022. The store featured Siriano's clothing, artwork, furniture, and interior design work, but dozens of local designers, jewelry designers, and artist's work were also for sale.
In an e-mail to The Collective West subscribers, Siriano has announced that an upcoming holiday event will be the last one at the boutique. It states: "Join us for our last holiday event at The Collective West. We loved being part of the Westport community for the last 3 years, but the time has come to move back to New York."
The event is Christian's Holiday Bazaar, it's scheduled to take place at The Collective West on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from 6-9PM.
The good news is that a gorgeous new example of Siriano's work should be opening up right down the Post Road in Westport in the very near future. Siriano has been designing the interior of the lobby of the brand-new Delamar Westport, and also three suites.
