According to News 12:The current average price for a gallon of gas in Connecticut stands at $3.04, down from $3.76 at this time last year. The lowest price available in the state is $2.64 per gallon.

What about our local area? I checked Greater Danbury's gas prices on Gas Buddy, and here's what I discovered:

I cannot believe there is one cheap thing in Connecticut right now and it's gas. I guess we will have to just accept the victories wherever we can get them. HOORAY!!!!!

P.S. Groceries are another thing altogether but they are going to be the end of me, this cannot continue like this. I never thought I'd be brought down by the price of laundry detergent.
