Bridgeport Man Drives to Danbury to Yell at His Phone About a Hot Dog
If it's labeled Danbury, I'm going to watch it, that means, I end up wasting a lot of time.
However, every few days I click on something that is worth the price of admission, like this video. It was posted to Youtube on March 14, 2022 by a guy named Claude. Claude reviews food on his Youtube channel "Mostly Healthy Food Reviews." Claude tagged the video with the following description:
"I decided to stop by the Danbury Fair Mall for a few reasons, the main one is that I haven't been to this Mall in a long time! I also haven't had any food from Nathan's in a long time either. I hear that they are now offering a Gourmet Plant Based Hot Dog and while I used to love Hot Dogs as a kid, I want to give this one a shot! Is it any good? Let's take a trip down memory lane and see what it's ab0ut! NOW ONLY on Mostly Healthy Food Reviews!"
Claude has reviewed "healthy meals" from McDonald's, Starbucks and Dunkin' to name a few. This time out, he decided to drive from his home city of Bridgeport, to Nathan's at the Danbury Fair Mall to review a hot dog.
Highlights include:
- "Happy Monday"
- When he said "they have no idea who I am."
- Watching him smell the hot dog.
- Seeing him look confused by the smell of the hot dog.
- Chewing food and spitting it out.
- "Are you for real,.....Nathan's!?"
- Blaming the mall for the hot dog.
- Him rating it a "ONE!"
- Saying he paid six dollars, later saying he paid seven dollars.
- Calling himself "Boo boo the fool."
- Saying "Ladies and Gentlemen"
I actually liked it Claude, especially the B-roll footage and the music beds. The production is top notch for a Youtube channel and I dig that. I think there is room for Claude on my radio show The Ethan & Lou Show on I95.
We have political experts, a finance correspondent and a weather man. What we don't have is a food reviewer, and I think it's time. The name Claude has a panache to it that I think will resonate with people, he's passionate about his work and certainly willing to travel. Call me Claude, I may have something for you.
