AZ Area Jaguar Does Not Understand Struggles of Being a ‘Social Influencer’
A woman was attacked by a Jaguar on Saturday at the Wildlife World Zoo in Litchfield Park Arizona. Zoo official say she got in the enclosure in an attempt to take a selfie with the animal when it repeatedly bit her arm.
The woman's injuries were not life threatening, she will recover fine and the animal will not be put down according to Zoo Officials via Inside Edition.
Classic case of just "not getting it." Here you have a Jaguar who has zero interest in understanding the hard work and sacrifice that goes into being a "social media influencer." It's not all about posting pictures of well plated meals and domesticated cats.
There is a lot that goes into getting clicks, like's, shares and unique views. This Jaguar does not respect an honest days work. Also, how about the aggressive nature displayed here? This is 2019 and this is NOT how issues get resolved.
Maybe next time, ask this young lady for a moment of her time, excuse yourselves as not to embarrass her and say, "I'm not comfortable on camera." You can get a lot accomplished by expressing your feelings in a soothing voice, in private. It does not need to be this way.
I can only hope this Zoo does it's due diligence and follows up with the Jaguar. This is not the dark ages, it's time we ALL evolve.
