Anthrax and Slayer kicked off a tour together last week and, if a new video is any indication, they appear to be having a good time. A few of their members combined forces to sing Bryan Adams' 1984 smash hit, "Summer of '69." You can find it embedded below.

It took place during the soundcheck before their concert tonight (Sept. 13) at Metropolis in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Gary Holt, Tom Araya and Paul Bostaph of Slayer were joined by Anthrax singer Joey Belladonna. Despite their thrash metal roots, Anthrax have often covered classic rock songs, and last year, Belladonna admitted that he sang a Journey song, possibly "Lights," when he auditioned for the band. Anthrax are supporting their 11th album, For All Kings, which was released back in February.

Two of thrash metal's "Big Four," Anthrax and Slayer -- with Death Angel as the opening act -- began their North American tour in Cleveland on Friday (Sept. 9). For Slayer, it's a continuation of their promotion of last year's Repentless, and their first time out on the road since the 2013 death of guitarist Jeff Hanneman. They will wrap it all up on Oct. 27 in El Paso, Texas, and you can get all the dates at Anthrax's website.

"Summer of '69" was the fourth of six singles that came from Adams' five-times platinum album Reckless. It reached No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. While "Summer of '69" was riding high on the chart, Reckless topped the Billboard 200, the only time Adams has reached No. 1 in his career.
