According to Bloomberg, 2018 is going to be a big year for meat lovers. The research presented in their recent article projects that the average American will consume 222.2 lbs. of red meat and poultry this year. If this projection holds up, it will surpass our previous meat intake record set back in 2004.

Hey, meat eating is as American as apple pie, baseball, and moron celebrities. It's part of who we are. I do enjoy a good steak and love me some fried chicken, it's all good for me. I do, however, have a meat limit.

My wife is a meat eater like I have never seen before. If it were up to her, dead cow would be on the menu every single night. I need to mix it up here and there. Throw a dude some spaghetti every once in a while. I mean, I am flossing every 41 seconds, can we back it down just a little?
