According to multiple published reports, Britton has been accused of trying to gain access to Danbury Mayor Dean Esposito's office back in April. According to the Patch, Britton believes he has nothing to hide, stating:

I was in City Hall that Saturday afternoon with my City-issued ID badge and my City-issued City Hall access key. As requested by the City, I will meet with City officials to discuss this matter in detail. I intend to be fully transparent.

We asked fellow Democrat/Danbury Mayoral candidate Roberto Alves about the issue on the Tuesday (8/8/23) edition of the I-95 Morning Show, this is what he had to say:

"What's being alleged with Councilman Britton, I made my statement and stand by the things I said. Councilman Britton is a good person and he's promised to be fully transparent in what is going on, he's laid it out and said he has nothing to hide. He was there with his city issued badge that allows him access to the building and he was walking around and he's waiting for whatever questions the city wants to ask him. Again he'll be fully transparent, I hope that is the same with the city side, that we get full transparency with everything that has happened and occurred and we move on from there."

Wildlife Expert Shares Connecticut's Top 5 Most Dangerous Animals

To come up with the 5 Most Dangerous animals in Connecticut I consulted with an expert. Her name is Jen "The Zookeeper" Kotkin and she immediately took issue with the phrasing "the most dangerous." I mean she knew what I was angling for but made clear to me that these animals are only dangerous when approached, protecting their cubs and food, etc. She told me: "wild animals aren’t out there looking to start fights, and take the flight versus fight route whenever possible."

Without further adieu...Cue the scary music....These are CT's 5 Most Dangerous Animals

Ridgefield Playhouse Exec Shares Revealing Tales About Richards and More

The Ridgefield Playhouse and I-95 have had a longstanding and fruitful business relationship. The Playhouse, it's leadership and staff have always been welcoming to us and we like to think we've been good to them as well.

I've been doing the I-95 Morning Show for 15 years and in that time I've had so many wonderful memories in that building. We performed our Ethan and Lou 10 year Anniversary concert there, I've met countless celebrities at the Playhouse and have attended many of their shows.

Many of the top flight guests we've booked on the I-95 Morning Show have been courtesy of our association with the Playhouse. But it wasn't just the rock stars that got invited to our studio, the people behind the curtain have always been regular guests on our shows.

Jared Shahid is the new Managing Director at the Ridgefield Playhouse but not a new face to us. Ethan and I have hung with him backstage, we've had him in the studio and he and I even worked on a TV project together.

Jared is one of the best storytellers I know so we were delighted to invite him back on the show. Recently, Shahid joined us on the the I-95 Morning Show with Ethan, Lou & Dave. Whenever he comes in, he brings tickets and stories for our audience. These are some of the amazing behind the scenes tales he shared with us on Thursday (5/25/23).
