14 Things That Connecticut Boomers Will Never Forget
Yes, I, Ethan Carey, am a Boomer and I'm proud of it. I was born on February 26, 1951 in Erie, Pennsylvania. Shortly after, my mother Betty and my father James moved us to the Village of Fairport, New York, a suburb of Rochester.
I decided to write this article as I reflected on my life in Fairport, New York where I grew up in a neighborhood where most of the houses were very similar and were built near the end of the Korean War in the early 1950s.
