What Will the NY Jets’ End of Season Record Be?

I have looked at this from all angles. First I must start by saying these numbers are based on the assumption that Fitz will stay healthy all year. Good luck with that.

• Week 1 - Cincinnati Bengals - WIN - This is based purely on emotion. I think that Fitzpatrick is a good leader. In fact it's his best trait. The Jets seem to respond to him and I believe they are fired up enough to start the year on the right foot.
• Week 2 - @Buffalo Bills - WIN - It's early enough in  the year that the elements in Buffalo should not be a factor. I also think Rex Ryan over thinks any match up with the Jets and Pats. He will make a questionable coaching move or two that could be the difference.
• Week 3 - @ Kansas City Chiefs - WIN- As a Raider fan it is impossible for me to look at this objectively. I hate the Chiefs, the Chiefs suck, they will lose.
• Week 4 - Seattle Seahawks - LOSS - I honestly think the Jets could win this but I refuse to believe that the Jets could start the year 4-0 so I will give them their first loss here.
• Week 5 - @Pittsburgh Steelers - LOSS- I don't pick against Big Ben at home.
• Week 6 - @ Arizona Cardinals - LOSS - On paper I have to go Arizona. In a league filled with middle of the road teams this year, Arizona is one most agree is a top level team.
• Week 7 - Baltimore Ravens - WIN - The Jets are home and after 3 straight losses I think they get back on track here.
• Week 8 - @Cleveland Browns - WIN - I never pick Cleveland, not ever, not once. I will not start now.
• Week 9 - @Miami Dolphins - LOSS - I am not a Ryan Tanehill guy but for some reason I have a bad feeling on this one.
• Week 10 - L.A. Rams - LOSS - I think the Rams bounce back from what I believe will be the butt kicking of a lifetime losing to the Panthers the week prior. L.A. finds a way to beat the Jets
• Week 11 - BYE
• Week 12 - New England Patriots - LOSS - Tom Brady throws for 894 yards in this game.
• Week 13 - Indianapolis Colts - WIN - They find a way to get to Andrew Luck and get a much needed win.
• Week 14 - @San Fransisco 49ers - WIN - The 49ers are a team that has lacked leadership since Jim Harbaugh left. They are an undisciplined group that will have the specter of Colin Kaepernick's nonsense hanging over their head all year. Jets get the win.
• Week 15 - Miami Dolphins - WIN - Jets gain a split on the season series with Miami at home.
• Week 16 - @New England Patriots - Tom Brady at home throws for 1941 yards in this game. Pats win 8,461 to 3.
• Week 17 - Buffalo Bills - WIN - Jets are home and again Rex Ryan schemes like a buffoon when playing the Jets or Pats.

The Jets will be 9-7. Sorry.
