What is Pam’s ‘SECRET’ Cold Fix ?

Is there a cure for the common cold? Let's discuss ...

For the first burning question ... we all know there isn't really a cure! You can do your best to stay germ free and keep the dreaded cold at bay. There are products out there that will lessen the severity of the cold once it sets in. But cure it - nope.

With that in mind, and seeing as I'm in the throes of a cold as I write this,  I thought I'd share one of my little FIXES ...  AQUAPHOR.

It's NOT just for babies bottoms!

Yes this lovely ointment has been saving "buns" forever ... so popular it even has it's own diaper derby! When I got my tattoos it was on the list of products to slather on the brand new ink to keep it protected.

Got me to thinking about one of the MOST annoying things about a cold. Constantly blowing your nose chaps the hell out of it...rubs it RAW!

Many lotions sting when applied to that sensitive area because there is a fragrance in them and petroleum jelly is way to greasy.

Aquaphor is perfect: no sting, not greasy ... a "little dab will do ya."

Go ahead ... blow that nose. Bless you ... I've got the AQUAPHOR tube in my purse for you.

Hmmm, I guess that means bless me!
