The list is long and distinguished.

For me, it begins and ends with a little song from Peter Pan.

Doesn't get any worse than that. Now, don't get me wrong. I don't think that particular part of the movie should be eliminated in future releases of the movie, although, that is inevitable. It is a window into a different time, where you could just go nuts with racist stereotypes for a big laugh. There are plenty of sexist moments in the movie too. Wendy's dad, Peter, and the Lost Boys all spend plenty of time talking about how useless girls are.

Then, there is Robin Williams as the genie in Aladdin, killing one stereotype after another. He does an Arsenio Hall impression, rolls into a gay fashion designer, and even does an Asian character all in about 7 seconds.

Need I even remind you of Dumbo? Or have to explain what is wrong with this scene?

There are some of the more memorable ones for me. What racist, sexist and inappropriate Disney film moments do you remember?

We will be talking about this tomorrow on the Ethan and Lou show just after 7 AM. You can leave a comment here or call the show tomorrow at 203-775-9595.
