USA Women Will Play in Bridgeport This July Before Olympics

WNBA.com has announced that Team USA woman's basketball team is scheduled to play in Connecticut. The U.S. squad will participate in a tournament with Australia, France and Canada on July 29 at the Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport.

The teams will be playing in their final tune up games before heading off to the Olympics in Rio in August. Feeling Connecticut pride because the U.S. team  is made up of several former UConn stars, including Sue Bird, Diana Taurasi, Maya Moore and Breanna Stewart.

You can start buying tickets on June 13 at 10 a.m.for the USA Basketball Showcase exhibition games. Prices are pretty reasonable, starting at $15, they'll be available online at Ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800.745.3000 or at the Webster Bank Arena Click It or Ticket Box Office.
