Top Elementary Schools in Connecticut According to Niche.com

The new Niche.com school rankings have been released for 2015. Nationally they have ranked 40,403 elementary schools based on key student statistics along with 4.6 million opinions from 280,000 students and parents.

They pretty much rank everything having to do with public and private schools as well as colleges. Since the new school year has gotten underway in Connecticut, I thought we'd start with, "The Top 25 Elementary Schools in Connecticut."

The top eight hail from New Caanan and Westport. Most of the Top 25 are from southern Fairfield county.

They received A+ in 3 out of 4 categories....Academics Grade, District Overall Experience, and Teacher's Grade but received a C+ in Student Culture and Diversity.

Four other Ridgefield elementary schools were ranked in the Top 25 along with The Cider Mill School in Weston. Other greater Danbury area schools that placed in the Top 100 were Middle Gate, Head O' Meadow, and Hawley Elementary schools in Newtown. Also ranking in the Top 100 were Sandy Hook Elementary School, Center School in Litchfield, Middlebury ES, Washington Primary School in Washington, Frank A.
