The Next Governor Of Connecticut??

I'm pushing the pause button on the morning show history blogs for now, to write about a former Danbury High School history teacher, Mark Boughton.

The longest running mayor in Danbury's history(7 terms), Mayor Mark recently announced his official run for Governor of the Great State of Connecticut!! I'm not going to get into all the political jargon, but what I will say is that Mark is able to understand and represent the middle class of Connecticut because that's how he lives his life. He's not a millionaire holed up in a multi million dollar home. For the last 10 years of serving the city of Danbury, he's out almost every day and night mixing and mingling with his constituents to make himself aware on how to best serve the needs of our community.

Mayor Boughton has always been a friend of the Ethan and Lou Show making many appearances over the years even when Lou and I kept buggin' him for favors and free stuff. All of us here at I-95 wish him good luck on his journey to becoming the next Governor of Connecticut! Check out our interview with Mayor Mark from Wednesday's show.
