Yeah, it is an underrated pairing of words.  It seems so easy to say, and yet we don't say it enough.

A little gratitude goes a long way and we ignore the little things that our loved ones do for us.  We start to take them for granted and THAT is a slippery slope friends... a slippery slope.

The article from Science Daily says: That feeling appreciated and believing that your spouse values you directly influences how you feel about your marriage.

Would you look at that. I could do a better job of this, although I am not terrible at it.  Most people would probably think that I would be bad at it, but I'm not.  I have seen some guys who completely ignore the nice things that their wives do for them, but I have seen women do a much worse job.

I have seen women... NOT naming any names, but I've seen women who just cannot bring themselves to thank their husbands.

The fact is though it's not a men v. women issue it's something we should all be doing.  It seems harder than it is. It's easy. Please and thank you babe. Now go make me a sandwich. THANKS.
