In a story from  courant.com, Connecticut's Department of Motor Vehicles is asking the owners of around four thousand boats to refile information about their vessels. The DMV says issues with some boat make and model numbers have caused problems transferring them to the agency's new registration computers.

If you live in Connecticut you are very well aware the DMV has been experiencing major glitches since rolling out the new registration computers last year. You also know the head of the DMV resigned.  WTNH.com, is reporting that Governor Malloy has appointed a new head of the department. Ahoy matey!
