Smoking Ban? On the fridge?

OK, so this sign is hanging on the fridge in the office kitchen.  Yes it's a joke, but two observations here:

#1 - It's a matter of time before that is true which is sad.  Americans should be able to kill themselves slowly however we want.  A-MURICA!

#2 - Although it's a joke this sign still activated the rebellion center of my brain which accounts for 33 percent of my brain.  There is 33 percent rebellion, 33 percent sex and 33 percent F%#K YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I wanted to light a smoke in front of the fridge when I saw it.
