A Connecticut man was arrested for allegedly providing an underage girl with alcohol following a suspicious vehicle complaint.

Police responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint in a parking lot of an apartment building in the Town of Dover.

Troopers arrived and observed Justin Sweda, 32 of Windsor, Connecticut in the back seat of his vehicle with an 18-year old female acquaintance. An investigation into the matter determined that Sweda had provided the the 18 year-old female alcohol in the vehicle.

Additionally, during a search of the vehicle marijuana was seized.

Justin Sweda was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the first degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

He was arraigned and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail, or $15,000 bond. Sweda was also issued a temporary Order of Protection restricting him from having contact with the 18 year-old female.
