New Restaurant Featuring Organic Food and Craft Beer Opens in Bethel
Bethel's newest restaurant, Prime Pub, is already creating a buzz around town and surrounding areas.
What sets this restaurant apart from other eateries? Prime Pub serves only organic meats, poultry, and fish and according to owner, Simi Polozani, he will never serve anything but organic foods in his home or restaurant ever again. According to the Stamford Advocate, Polozani was cooking a chicken dish at home for his family when he ran out of chicken. The only chicken breasts left at the grocery store were organic. Polozani told the Advocate that, "I was able to cut through the organic chicken breasts like butter."
To go along with Prime Pub's savory menu choices are the craft beer selections chosen by restaurant manager, Alicia Minners, who specializes in offering beers to pair with food selections. Their Facebook page is lined with rave reviews about the food and the family friendly decor. Julie Curtis is one of those FB reviewers and said, "This the best new place to open in a long time!"
Prime Pub is located in the Mountain Laurel Plaza at 68 Stony Hill Road in Bethel and they're opened for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
