The dining choices in Danbury just keep getting better! A new upscale Italian eatery is set to open on Danbury's westside.

Danbury's latest addition for upscale accommodations, Hotel Zero Degrees opened last month at 15 Milestone Road on Danbury's Westside, directly across from Danbury's brand new Regional Hospice Center. According to the News Times, the hotel's new restaurant, Terra Ristorante Italiano will open for dinner on Tuesday, January 10.

The new restaurant will specialize in northern Italian cuisine along with wood fired pizza, soups, gluten-free dishes, homemade pastas, apps, and delectable main dishes like grilled bonzino Adam Zakka, director of operations told the News Times:

We try to provide chic, high-quality experiences, but also keep it casual and comfortable.
