Jimmy is my brother.  You find people like him enter your life and you knew it was meant to be.

We were brothers before we met.  No question.  Neither one of us is perfect but what we both have in common is a love for our children; a love for our family.  We each have three children and have survived tough financial times, bad relationships and quite frankly self inflicted hardships.

Jimmy got married on Saturday and I was honored to be in the wedding party and watch my friend marry Natashia...the only woman I know that has his number.  I would say he is lucky but that's not it.  He is smart enough to know an undeniably good thing when he see it.  The fact is in this day and age they don't make humans like my wife and Natashia anymore. They don't make people that put their children and their relationship first.  Those souls that are left that can put their own wants and sometimes needs aside are few and far between.  I saw Jimmy start this reltionship and watched him get to where he needed to be.  He never blinked. I knew they would marry.  I'm proud of my friend.

That moment where they promised each other forever was special but the moment of the night was watching Jimmy's daughter Jasmine run to him with tears in her eyes and hug dad.  I know I have good friends I can see it in the eyes of their children.
