Leg day is what has kept me out of the gym lately.
Anyone who says they like "leg day" in the gym cannot be trusted.
I've been away from the gym for a week and I feel like a slug but I'm avoiding it because screw you leg day. It's brutal. Your coolie, ham's, calves, crotch all hurt. I don't know why it's harder but it is and it's annoying. SCREW YOU LEG DAY!
