Large Powerball Prize Remains Unclaimed in Connecticut
Are you sitting on a winning Powerball ticket?
We all know about the great luck that came one young woman's way last week.
But the CT Lottery website announced that another ticket was sold somewhere in Hartford county matching the first five of the numbers drawn. It also included the Power Play® option to double the prize to $2,000,000.
Either someone threw it away, washed it in their pocket, or they're waiting to perhaps get advice on what to do, because at this point no one has claimed the . On ctlottery.org there is a portion that lists the winners that have come forward, and while it does list Johanna Moreno the $1,000,000 Powerball winner, there is no listing for the $2,000,000 prize.
In my head, I'm already spending that money, even though it isn't mine. Honestly, I'm not sure whether I would have run forward immediately like the Massachusetts woman who scored the massive Powerball win, but you can make bank on the fact I'd be grabbing any other win sooner than later!
