I swear to you, this is not an April Fools joke!

Most people are aware of the medical marijuana program. In Connecticut, we currently have six dispensaries, with three more slated to open this summer. None of these cater specifically to women.

Well ladies, Whoopi Goldberg wants to change that by getting into the medical marijuana business. In a story from Money.CNN.com, Whoopi has announced a line of products made for women targeted towards "that" time of the month. Goldberg teamed up with edibles maker Maya Elisabeth to create a line that will include four marijuana-infused products that the two say are specifically intended to help reduce pain and cramping for women.

Their company is called Whoopi & Maya and they are online at whoopiandmaya.com, where you can read about each product. They even include a Question and Answer section with the herbalist and infuser. These ladies are serious. No foolin'
