I-95’s CT Wing Fest Looking for Judges

This could possibly be the most challenging responsibility you've ever faced in your lifetime. If chosen, you and 4 others will be tasting several different kinds of chicken wings from over 15 vendors at I-95's CT Wing Fest on Saturday, January 30.  You need to ask yourself, "Am I able to handle that much responsibility?" Are you able to suck down a "hot wing" without crying or tearing up? If the answer to both of my questions is "yes" and you can make the commitment to be present at the CT Wing Fest on Saturday, January 30 from 6 until 9pm, you may have what it takes to be an official CT Wing Fest Judge.

Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to taste the several different varieties of chicken wings offered by our vendors and then collectively, with your 4 other judges, reach a verdict as to which vendor will win the trophy for "Best Overall Wings!"

WARNING! Do not wear "dressy" clothes because the wing sauce will find them. You will get wing sauce all over your hands and face but of course napkins and wet naps will be provided! You will not be financially compensated, but all the wings you will need to eat are on us!
