SO...How OLD do you feel????

Rock star status aside...a new study by the International Longevity Centre CONFIRMS...YOU ARE ONLY AS OLD AS YOU FEEL !!!!! Results showed that adults who felt at least 1 year OLDER than their ACTUAL age...were more likely to die within 8 years...( OH HELL NO )...compared to those that felt at least 3 years YOUNGER... ( OH HELL YES )

Now the Gene reference...the researchers studied 6,500 adults at the average age of Gene Simmons...65...and asked "how old do you feel you are?" and almost 70% said the felt at least 3 years younger!!!

I'm seriously thinking that Gene will ALWAYS be in a state of "teen-dome"...honestly...I can't say I blame him...inside my head...I'm no older than 21...and I feel 35...pppfffttttt...old age....
