It has always been a dream of mine to have alcohol of any kind named after me. It started when I was a wee lad. I would watch the adults drinking down the adult beverages and acting like monkeys, and I said, "This makes sense to me."

That dream is becoming a reality thanks to the Bull and Barrel Brew Pub in Brewster, NY. Rick Cipriani invited Ethan and I down to tour the facility and talk about what is next for us:

When we were asked what types of flavors we wanted in our beers, I knew right away our answers would be very different. Ethan requested mango and a hint of Jack Daniel's honey whiskey. I knew he would want a heavier beer. Me, I like my beers light and refreshing. I said I wanted the opposite of Ethan, with citrus in it.

Really, as long as it contains alcohol, I will be happy. When the beers are done, you will be the first to know. They will be unveiled and available for you to try at the third annual CT on Tap craft beer festival.
