So John Vorrath is a sergeant in the Iowa National Guard..he's been in the Middle East for about 5 months. Long story short..his mission didn't allow for any leave..BUT the policy changed the day before his wife's C-section..and while they were FaceTiming during her surgery his request to go home got approved! He will be heading back to his post shortly.

If this doesn't give you a warm and fuzzy...I don't know what will!!
