Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton Is on the Twitter Machine, Which Means He’s Healing Fast
Our news guy on the Ethan and Lou show, Nick Bovee, did a story this morning about Mark Boughton using Twitter. Why is this significant?
The man just had brain surgery -- that's why. Boughton had surgery to remove a lemon sized, benign cyst from his brain. We were happy to hear he was up and about.
Once we heard he was recovering fast, we immediately texted him to see if he was going to be able to join us on the radio show Thursday for his regular, weekly guest spot, and he said yes. He also said he will, in fact, be able to attend the Ethan and Lou 10th Anniversary Special this Friday night at the Ridgefield Playhouse.
I have to say, I was nervous to hear that our pal was having such a serious surgery, but I am not surprised to learn how quickly he is recovering. Mark's a tough guy and a hard worker. I knew he would pull through and be eager to get back to his life.
