In the Princeton Manor Complex in South Brunswick, New Jersey, on the Sunday morning after the snowstorm, Shawn Yin opened his front door to a literal wall of snow!
According to a story in Patch.com, Helen Yin found it mildly amusing when she opened her front door as the storm began on Saturday morning and she discovered the snow was beginning to accumulate at the bottom of her door.

A couple of hours later she was not amused to see the snow was now blocking half the doorway. Later that Saturday evening, she took another peek and the snow was now packed against the door to the point where she and her husband, Shawn were actually trapped by the snow packed up against the house.

The Yins were freaking out thinking they might be trapped with no way out. Yin said, "I thought for a minute we might have to climb out the upstairs windows because even the first floor windows were nearly covered by snow." They were finally able to escape through a second garage door.

South Brunswick recorded 24 inches of snow and the Yin's home just happened to bear the brunt of the 55 mph winds that pushed the snow up against their home.
