National comedian Steven Wright walks out onto the Ridgefield Playhouse stage on Sunday, October 4 at 8pm. As he saunters from one side of the stage to the other, the sold out theatre roars at his unique deadpan delivery. Whenever we get the chance to grab Steven for an interview on our show, it's always an adventure!

His bio on stevenwright.com goes like this: "I was born. When I was 23 I started telling jokes. Then I started going on television and doing films. That's still what I'm doing. The end." As his bio infers, Steven is not just a funny guy, he's been in a bunch of films including, "Resevoir Dogs," "Natural Born Killers,"  "Half Baked," and "Babe, Pig in the City," along with a bunch of others.  He also received a grammy nomination for his 1985 album, "I Have a Pony," along with is 2007 album, "I Still Have a Pony."

I've personally seen Steven perform and I would highly recommend you navigate to ridgefieldplayhouse.org to purchase tickets for this Sunday's show, or call 203-438-5795. Your welcome!
