It's been three years since I've had a cold, but this past Friday it all came to a crashing halt. By Saturday morning my sinus's felt like they were going to blow out the side of my nasal passages as they filled up with that hideous disgusting mucus. To add to the mucus misery, my sense of taste and smell disappeared too!

When I Googled "What would happen if the government banned firearms," hundreds of websites came up! My purpose in this blog is not to debate or politicize this heated issue, but to find out where you're coming from.

The weather prognosticators are calling for an upcoming El Nino type winter here in Connecticut. Rob Guarino is Chief Forecaster and publisher of the official Long Range Forecasts for LiveWeatherBlogs.com and for Connecticut, he's predicting, "A mild start but a wild finish, Super El Nino could bring a blizzard."
