Camping For Cans Is Coming!

November 21-23, we'll be in our annual spot in the Berkshire Shopping Center in Danbury, taking your non-perishable food donations for the Hillside Food Outreach.

The weekend before Thanksgiving, a lot of you will be hitting the grocery stores getting ready for a great Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends. While you're doing that, please grab a couple of extra non-perishable food items and drop them off at our Camping For Cans location.  We'll get all that food to hungry families in the area through the Hillside Food Outreach.

The Hillside Food Outreach delivers food door-to-door to families in need throughout Western CT, as well as Putnam  and Westchester Counties in New York.  The I-95 DJ's will all be there broadcasting live throughout the weekend with some special guests. We'll have someone in the RV 24 hours a day to take your donation!

No turkeys please- non-perishable food items only! We'll also gladly accept cash & checks made out to the Hillside Food Outreach.  The Berskshire Shopping Center is on Newtown Road in Danbury- make a right off Exit 8 of I-84.  We're at the top end of the plaza near McDonald's.
