Baseball Commentators Make Fun Of Sleeping Fan

A 22 year old is suing ESPN for $10 million claiming the play by play announcers made fun of him because he was sleeping in the stands during a Yankees/Red Sox game on April 22nd.

Open mouth sleeping guy fell asleep in the 4th inning when the two commentators started talking about him. He claims he was called things like "fatty" and "stupid" but it turns out those were comments made by random idiots on the Internet. The ESPN guys were actually pretty harmless.
