Keurig’s Campbell’s Soup K- Cups at the Big Y in Naugatuck

Hearty soup from your coffee maker?I was waltzing through my local Naugatuck Big Y yesterday, and I noticed something unusual in the Coffee aisle ... SOUP!

Right up there among the breakfast blends and Kona cups, was good old Campbell's and Progresso K-Cups. There were only a couple of flavors, but this was my wake up call that you can make a whole bunch of delicious beverages with these newer coffee makers.

I do own a Keurig machine, but I usually stick with coffee. I have tried the hot chocolate K-Cups before, but this is a whole new world.

As a kid, I loved the coffee vending machines that were in department stores. I especially loved the chicken broth/soup flavor. This is a whole new ballgame compared with some broth mix and water.

Looking at the Keurig website, there are a ton of specialty beverages that you could brew up at home. From ciders, to vitamin waters, to soups. Keurig machines are not just for that morning cup of Joe!
