Salsa Fresca Offers New Lunch, Dinner Options to Danbury Diners

I love fresh Mexican food, and there's a new place to enjoy it in Danbury!

I was driving down Federal Road looking for a new place to grab some lunch. I've seen the location at 109 Federal Road under construction for a while now. Well, they have opened ... Salsa Fresca! I love it!

It's kind of like Chipotle and Moe's, fast-fresh-customized tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos and bowls. But it's not a national chain, it's a locally-owned restaurant.

There are now 4 Salsa Fresca restaurants in Danbury, Bedford Hills, Mamaroneck, and Yorktown Heights, plus another one is opening soon in New Haven.
