Spaulding get your foot off the boat! And bring me to Moe's on Federal Road in Brookfield

Ever since the Moe's at 174 Federal Road in Brookfield opened up, I've been craving queso, cilantro, beans, and cumin-dusted chicken and beef. I told myself, maybe Moe's will be a once a month treat. Well, I've gone there about 5 times in the past three weeks, and I want to go back there right now.

I'm sick of sandwiches, burgers, and french fries. I'm sick of salads and pasta dishes. I'm not sick of tortilla chips and burrito wraps though. I'm not sick of sour cream and deliciously rich queso dripping down my face. I'm sick of plain soda dispensers with a choice of 6 sodas, Moe's has one of those sick new Coca Cola "Freestyle" dispensers with unlimited flavor combinations available at your fingertips. Basically, I'm not sick of Moe's at all, I am falling quickly in deep love with Moe's cuisine.

If you haven't been yet, their store is set up pretty much like their competition in our area, Chipotle and Salsa Fresca. You walk in and are presented with an assembly line of workers, who will customize your selection as you walk along the buffet line of ingredients. I've stood behind people for a few minutes as they take in all of the menu items listed on the big board. It might be good to familiarize yourself on Moe's website, which you can visit by clicking HERE

Moe's is open in Brookfield at 11AM 7 days a week, and they close at 9PM, 10PM on Friday and Saturday. I'll see you there.
