Take care of business now, while you have all of your faculties. You just never know.

According to CTPost.com, the reason Connecticut such an expensive place to die in is because of new fees for settling estates.

Luckily, I was not in any of those categories. But, I know that a lot of my neighbors will be affected by this. Now, more than ever, is the time to protect your investments and assets.

I've gotten a crash-course in the past couple of weeks in understanding the value of a Trust. I'm not a financial advisor in the least, but the government employs some of the best, and they will take whatever you've left unprotected.

Contact an attorney, they pride themselves in free consultation, and will help you better understand your options.
