Delays and ongoing clean up is what we can expect this morning in Tolland, CT, as emergency response teams attend to a truck fire on interstate 84 this morning.

According to WTNH TV News, the accident is expected to keep two lanes closed all during the morning commute, as Connecticut Troopers continue efforts to extinguish and remove the tractor trailer, which was carrying yogurt. Thankfully no one was injured, and there is no word on what caused the accident.

The vicinity of exits 69 through 68 Westbound on I-84 are affected by the lane closures which are resulting in delays this morniing.

Tolland County emergency services anticipates that all lanes will reopen at about 9 A.M. but there may still be residual delays. There's no word on how flamable yogurt is or if that played a part in the blaze. The merchandise on the truck has been written off as a total loss.
