Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have announced a Winter tour, which stops at the XL Center in Hartford on February 10th.  Tickets go on sale Friday morning through Ticketmaster, but we've got your chance to win a pair right here on i95rock.com.

The tour coincides with the release of Bruce's massive new 4-CD, 3-DVD box set, The Ties That Bind. The set chronicles the "River" sessions with lots of studio outtakes, a documentary, and a live concert film form 1980.

Unlike the last two tours, which were augmented with a full horn section and backup singers, Bruce has stripped the band back to the original E Street Band, plus Jake Clemons on saxophone.
