To know me is to know I'm a big fan of coffee, and an equally big fan of alcoholic beverages. Do we need to buy booze at Starbucks though?

I love coffee. Mostly in the morning to start my day. I'm also a big fan of the really strong versions of Starbucks coffees. I rarely drink java at any other time of day. I equally enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages in the evening. Occasionally on the weekend I go wild and put some tasty booze in a strong cup of Joe. I have to say though when I think of places to kick back and enjoy a glass of wine, Starbucks just doesn't feel right!

In case you didn't know, as of last summer, Starbucks had 70 locations across the country serving alcohol at night. None of those locations are in Connecticut - yet. According to WTNH.com, Starbucks on North Main Street in Branford is working towards being first in Connecticut to offer an evening menu featuring booze with small plate meals.

Call me crazy, but I don't want to buy steaks at the liquor store, and I don't want to drink booze at Starbucks. In my mind, some things just don't mix.
