This lady has some bite in her bark. The question is, will Connecticut lawmakers listen?

She and her hubby are as famous as they are infamous. They speak, and people tend to pay attention. I would say that "all bark and no bite" is not the way to describe Duane "Dog the Bounty Hunter" Chapman and his wife Beth.

Beth Chapman rolled into Hartford this week on sort of a business call. According to Fox61.com, Chapman is lobbying Connecticut lawmakers to kill a bill that would eliminate bail for most misdemeanor charges. The bounty hunter's wife is president of the Professional Bail Agents of the United States, and she has voiced many concerns over bail bond reform. One of which, is her belief that the no-cash bail bill would endanger the public.

I'll be curious to see the outcome of Chapman's influence as Connecticut lawmakers continue to debate the Governor's Second Chance Society bill this week. Will her bark really have bite?
