When Will Connecticut’s First Golden Corral Finally Open?

Lots of people are thrilled that the wait is almost over for the Golden Corral to open in Milford, CT.

This will be the company’s first Connecticut venture. According to the Connecticut Post, a company big wig says it is going to open Thursday March 30, at the former Hometown Buffet site located on 74 Turnpike Square. That's the good news.

Here's the not so good news. The Connecticut Patch says that there is no confirmation of this opening date on the restaurant's local Facebook page. The company announced the new location in the Fall of 2016.  The Facebook page does show that residents are eagerly anticipating opening day, asking for the Golden Corral Milford to confirm the opening date.

Golden Corral boasts an endless buffet, which features "an abundant variety of delicious familiar favorites and continuous new menu offerings for breakfast lunch and dinner", as posted on the Golden Corral website.
